For nonsecretors, there are really only two tiers.

Peter didn't design this structure to drive you crazy... there's no need to try to assign micro-values to foods in the Nonsecretor column, just because they may be Beneficials in Tier I instead of Beneficials in Tier Neutral.
The only reason there are Beneficials in the Neutral Tier is because the Secretor column determines the order of the food listed. If you're a nonsecretor, throw that order out. If you're a nonsecretor, Tier II foods are as important as any Tier I foods (first, you don't have the option of treating Tier II avoids as neutrals, and second, remember that list is according to the Secretor column!)
Who knows if the NS Beneficials you see in Tier I aren't actually Tier II NS Beneficials? And who cares, because we NEED to make our choices from all of the "Tier NS ("Tier I & II Nonsecretor") foods. To maintain variety in the diet, using as many of these foods as possible is really the way to go.
