The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 15
Why is this happening???
Posted By: Joanna O+ (from Calgary)
Hi all, and a very Happy New Year!
I hope someone has an idea of what to do about this. Lately, I've had trouble with blood vessels in my hands bursting. It usually happens when I bump my hand up against something, but the other day I think it happened when I was putting on my shoe -- trying to lever my foot in with my index finger. Now my knuckle is swollen and sore, and a bit purple!
My mother had the same problem, and I know it's happened to me before, but not as commonly as it occurs now.
What causes this, and what can I do?
Jo in Calgary, where it's a miraculous 12 degrees!
