Dr D said it was enzymes in soy (particularlly fermented soy) that clipped the antigenic sugar from the B blood cell. This would not be taking place in the gut--no blood there. So do these enzymes preferentially pass into the blood for Secretors, and not for non-Secretors? Maybe they hitch a ride on something they cut off the secretions?
