soy milk now ok for B non-secretors!
Posted By: JimB(A+)
My wife was thrilled to find that soy milk is now listed as neutral for non-secretor B's. (I know this is not a change from the ER4YT book, but info posted by Dr. D on this board for the past year has stated that B's should avoid all soy--and especially fermented soy--because it de-antigenates type B blood.)
Anyway it's nice to know that soy milk is ok for non-secretor B's, since my wife drinks one glass per day and it really helps her mood (she is 50-something and not doing hormone-replacement therapy.)
I'd be fascinated to know why soy milk is ok for non-secretor B's, while it is avoid for secretor B's.
