In Response To: Definitely tell her read ER4YT **FIRST**. (Edna O+)

I think everyone should read ER first for all the same reasons Edna just said.
My sister is just finishing ER right now, she has had it since August. She is
also a type 0 and eats junk food, fast food, doesn't cook, eats school lunches
(she's a teacher) and hardly ever eats red meat or fruit or vegetables. And
she is 5'9" and weights 138!! Yes Edna, it is truly not fair!! Anyway, we
have talked about ER on and off since August and she said she has some questions
she wants to ask me about. In her case it will be a big event just to get her
to cook a meal or two, so she as a very long way to go. She did switch to
ezekial bread from wheat bread and soy milk from cow's milk already though. She
tried to eat red meat but couldn't digest it and didn't feel to good even with
digestive enzymes, so this is going to be a slow process. Anyway I have two
copies of LR because I didn't get mine and went out and bought one and then NAP
sent me one yesterday. So I think I will loan her a copy, but not for awhile.
I think she needs to "digest" what is in ER first and put it into practice.
Here's hoping.
