Reread peters first post in this thread---"Tier 1 most theraputic benificials and most harmfull avoids"
I hav'nt even gotten the book yet but from reading the posts, this is my take on it.
Everyone sick or healthy must follow tier 1.
If you are sick or want to lose weight follow tier 2 as well.
This is the ideal diet if you are sick or healthy. If however, you are healthy you may choose to eat anything on tier 2 irrespective of it's classification.--even the avoids. Just don't make a complete meal out of tier 2 avoids.
Just guessing now since I don't have the book, but I would assume wheat and corn are type O tier 1 avoids and vanilla, since you use so little of it might be a tier 2 avoid.
