of so much GREAT information! We've been staying in because of bad weather & I started reading the other evening. I read for several hours & couldn't put it down. I've read everything pertaining to O's & A's and I've been amazed by the amount of knowledge that's been added.
Dr D, I'm still having a little trouble understanding the Tier program but that doesn't diminish my feeling that this book is wonderful!
Michele, you're gonna be so glad you bought the book.
One note, I've been typing my own food list following the Tier information & I think it's all starting to come together for me.
