In Response To: Tiers (T1 and T2) (Peter D'Adamo)
..."Tiers in my eyes" post? I, too, referred to Tier Two as the "turbo tier"! Really, it is and it is a great concept to take this puppy to the next level. I think the concept is great. But I do think Jim and others have a point that the explanation of how to follow the tiers in the book is a bit confusing. Luckily, Heidi says we can e-mail any suggestions or errors we notice to her and they will be considered for inclusion on an errata sheet on this site and/or any future updates of LR. That is a great idea as actual "users" of the diet (to continue with Jim's software analogy) will be the ones giving feedback. All in all, I have to say again, the book is a treasure trove of information and any areas to be tweaked are relatively minor. I'm up to the Type A section now and to that point I have read a LOT of helpful stuff about everything from what to do for carb addiction to how to help kids diagnosed w/ADHD. In fact, the entire book is "turbo charged" ;)
