In Response To: nailing this down: T2 Avoids = T1 Neutrals? (JimB(A+))
Jim,
An Avoid is STILL an Avoid REGARDLESS of where it appears! What Dr.D is saying is if you are ill, etc. you should emphasize the beneficials on Tier Two and *especially* avoid the AVOIDS on Tier Two (or Tier One). All of us, at some time or other will eat an avoid occasionally, but he wants us to be very aware that for *optimum* health we should NOT eat the the Avoid listed on the Tier Two (or Tier One) list at all and eat mostly the Beneficials listed on Tier Two (or Tier One). Not meaning that's all you should eat, but what you should emphasize in your diet. For restoring health some beneficials are more beneficial than other beneficials kinda thing...and likewise some avoids are to be 'more avoided' than others when you're trying to optimize the health benefits. Get it now?
