Dear Dr. D'Adamo,
First, let me thank you for another wonderful contribution to my welfare and those who are willing to read and understand you work.
Secondly, please set the record straight about this: "Tier Two (T2): Essentially 'Turbo-Charges' the diet. If you are ill, highly food sensitive, overweight or otherwise want to do the program 100% then use these values. Otherwise consider these foods as just more Neutrals. "
Are you saying that persons practicing Tier 1 compliance can treat Tier 2 Avoids as Neutrals?
Thanks!
Jim
