Weight and fruit

Hi Christine,

The best health AND the most effective weight lose I ever
experienced included fruit as a part of my regular diet.
The key, for me, was/is to eat fruit ONLY in the morning,
on an empty stomach, alone, and nothing else for at least
45 minutes to a hour afterwards. Also limiting ANYTHING
else that can be converted to sucrose the rest of the day
is paramount. (I had to cut-back on my sweet potatoes, one
of my favorite foods) Also I eat meat alone or with as
little as posible,as not to interfer with
digestion/absorption. Poor digestion/absorption has always
been one of my biggest problems with weight.
