In Response To: betaine HCL- an avoid? says who? (cric johnson (O+))

In the food lists, betain is listed as an avoid for A's.
The food lists can be found on the main page of this site, scroll down until you come to er4yt.org.(on the left) This is Steve's site, or it's Steve's info. Whatever, Dr. D is the source.
I took the betain for years to help control the IBS. I stopped immediately when I started ER, and I was amazed to find that within a week or so, the IBS has cleared up. Now that I'm grainless, well, perfection. I won't go into details.
Love and Light,
Myra
