Yes, Betsy, and there are 3 key muscles that can entrap the brachial plexus
which are the Medial Scalene, subclavius and the pectoralis minor. If there
is a Neuro-muscular massage therapist (St. John Method) in your area, he/she
can free up these 3 for you and teach you how to do your daily tasks without
entrapping the nerve again leading into the palm of the hand.
