The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 15
some bad with the good....
Posted By: thinkfirst
Here is what I would like to discuss:
In order for my family to eat more beans and legumes, it is necessary to put them in a product that is really good tasting, familiar, or they will not eat them. So is this a good trade off? For example. They would scarf down a soup with beans if it had some ham in it for flavor. But if not, forget it. And its easy to mix beans into tacos - but they want them with the beef and taco seasoning. We are mostly A's.
