The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 15
Hear, but don't Listen

In Response To: My (current) story about the friend & ER4YT (short) (KK (A-))
KK, I know how you feel. My husband and his brothers and sisters won't have anything to do with er4yt. Well, my husband hears--he is an O and loves bread and cheese and milk. Recently, he has been suffering from allergies-sneezing and plugged up. This afternoon he ate a sandwich for lunch--and lo and behold the sneezing and stuffiness showed up again! His family has allergies, too-classic Type O susceptibility. His mom and dad are actually more open-minded about this way of eating than their kids. And it does get discouraging-leading by example is the way to go. We can see the logic and sense to eating this way, but some people are just afraid to change. Think about the people who have listened to you and looked into it. And it's like Dr.D said the other day about new ideas. This one's(er4yt)time hasn't come yet. But with perseverence and taking one person at a time, one day at a time, there will come a time when THEY will acknowledge what we already know. So hang in there--and keep spreading the word!!!!!!! Health and Love, Lauren
