Breakfast: eggs and veggie sticks with flax oil or left over meat and the same.
Lunch: romaine salad with veggies and flax oil and beef or lamb
Dinner: steamed broccoli and/or kale, spinach, etc. with olive oil and chicken
Snacks: 0 bars, plums, figs, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds
