I think in the type B section, it does mention that it is a lectin(type b) and not a mold(type O) that agravates. Grrhh, cesaer salad is never the same without anchovy and BP. Anyway, have fun with cayenne, it's HB for type B and is available in different heat unit strengths. I'd choose a low powered one for shaking/condiment. Higher heat ones are good for grilling.
