Silky Terrier who thinks he's a Rotti!!!

In Response To: Little dogs are so spunky... (Vernabright O+ wannabe alternative farmer)

Timmy, my 12 year old Silky Terrier, believes he is a LARGE dog. When we go for a run in the park he charges up to any other dog there, to let them know this is HIS park, so they had better mind their manners! He has no idea he is small. Hie canine ego is Rotti-size! He is SUCH good company - and the best burglar alarm available.
Love him to bits.
And, according to research I (and all you dog & cat owners) have lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and longer life expectancy than folks who don't have companion animals. Aren't we sensible?? Our health is improved by having little loving live-things to share our lives.
Love my four (3 cats, 1 dog).
Pat.
