The food lists show peppercorns as neutral. That means there is no lectin in the peppercorn, ground or not.

Grinding our own from peppercorns is OK! There are lots of posts by Peter about this, until he gave up answering the question. The molds like the broken corns, and need some time to grow on the soft interior before they propagate to the point of becoming an allergy risk. When we grind it up fresh & eat it, there's no mold risk.

Where did you see the note about lectins in pepper?
