In Response To: Totally feeling massively sorry for myself today! (Edna O+, in major RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE mode)

I wrote this whole thing to you and I'm on my old computer(my new one crashed) and it didn't go through so I hope it works this time.

Enda, Arnica might be something you would want to look into.We find the rub amazing for muscle and back pain.My husband recently was moving a big tree off a truck and it was too heavy and came crashing down on his knee and his knee hit the pavement. He came home limping and asked me what to do. I just suggested the arnica rub. He was amazed because the next day all the pain was gone. He thought for sure he had screwed his knee up big time. A month ago I really pulled my hip and knee and was in alot of pain. The arnica rub took that away in one night. I too pulled my back out when I was 20 and can feel it once in a while if I move the wrong way. I just quickly put arnica lotion on it. I love this stuff. Just be careful not to put it on an open wound.I also use a hydroculator(a heating pad you boil) A wonderful, wonderful thing. Feels like heaven to pain. You just wrap it in a towel and sleep on it.. I'm not sure about if you should use dry or moist heat though. Ask someone and if you can use moist heat boy you will love it. Finally, a day of rest would do you good. I think you deserve it. Hang in there and I'm glad you let it all out. Rage Against the Machine: D I heard the lead singer has a very high IQ. You are so funny. Even when you are in pain and mad.

Hey, I have been meaning to ask you. Have you seen the Kelloges commercial where the farmers are bringing the baskets of corn for the rooster to inspect. Everytime the rooster throws the farmer through the door with his basket of corn I think of you and how much you hate corn. Cracks me up everytime.
