The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 15
Posted By: KerriK
Hey board. I'm a newcomer to ER. It's been about a month now, and I'm stillnot 100% at it. I'm a B-. Does anybody out there know anything about viteligo? I don't know if I spelled that correctly, but for those of you who don't know it by that name, it's pigmentation loss--kindof the opposite look of liver spots. For me, it's worst on my hands, elbows, knees, ankles, hips, and armpits...yes, curious that it's located in the same places you might have arthritic pain...it's the "bleaching" of Michael Jackson. Does anyone else have this, or better yet, has anyone had it and seen it diminish with the ER diet? I've had it for about 15 years now, and I feel kindof silly being concerned with it, with all the cancers and other worse conditions out there. Help.
