The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 15

It could have been the pepper

I believe there is still some controversy over the status of fresh ground pepper for O's and B's. You already know that bleck pepper is an avoid, but that peppercorns are neutral. From that many people have extrapolated that fresh ground pepper is okay because it doesn't have time to have the mold problem that purchased ground pepper can have. However, there is still that statement in the "Eat Right..." book that said the black pepper avoidance is a lectin issue. I think that means that it doesn't matter if it is freshly ground or pre-ground; the lectin could still be a problem.
Just a thought.
