That's pretty much how I cook it too (I use kale instead of bok choy) only I saute lots of garlic first, add the stems and some leeks, and let them cook a while, then the leaves and seaweed of some kind with lots of different HB herbs. And... of course Braggs... LOL After I shut off the heat I add some flaxseed oil and I agree.............YUMMMMMMMM I eat swiss chard every day. The organic farmer from whom I buy it bundles it in an assortment of red, yellow & white. Sooo pretty looking. Romaine is great cooked this way too.

By the way, did you remove the eyes first? Grin
