I haven't seen white swiss chard. Personally, I don't eat white vegetables, they have no nutrients or very little nutrients, the exception being mushrooms.
Eat red or green swiss chard. I like to chop it up and stir fry it in walnut or apricot oil with garlic and/or onions. then douse it with wheat-free soy sauce. Excellent on brown rice as a side dish.
