String cheese....

In Response To: Mozzerella Vs string cheese (Carolynn ( O+ ))
Carolynn,
String cheese had been a favorite food for me for quite some time. I was happy to see that mozzerella cheese was a neutral, so I continued eating it.
At the same time I was having problems with a VERY sore tongue with deep cracks forming in it. Nothing I did seemed to help.
After I had been on ER for about 1 1/2 months I saw on the er4yt food list that string cheese was on the avoid list... bummer.. but I quit eating it, and son of a gun!!! my tongue problems cleared right up.
So... there must be something in it that isn't good for us. I don't know what it is or care, but it's on my avoid list now!
