I'm going to try to wean myself of my daily cup of coffee w/organic cream. One question, do any O's out there find that coffe, a diuretic, seems to cause them to retain water?? This seems to be the case with me. Could this just be a reaction to the cream?? I don't understand why we are allowed mozzerella cheese and not cream. Anyway, I was also wondering why black tea is off limits for us as well. Thoughts???
