The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 14
I love Luna bars

One afternoon I spent half an hour reading labels on the various food bars at the store, and the Lunas were the only ones I was willing to eat after that. They're very tasty, and the ingredients list doesn't read like something off a Snickers bar. The nutrition information is on the clifbar.com website, at http://www.clifbar.com/clifproducts/luna/chaitea.html (that's for the chai tea flavor -- the others are listed in the menu on the left).
If I go too long between meals or snacks, my blood sugar winds up crashing precipitously, and I wind up exhausted and depressed. Keeping an assortment of Lunas on hand has become an essential for me.
