My type A friend was eating a banana and offered me one,, "no thanks" I said. "Oh! probably not good for your blood type?" he says. "Thats correct" Then he says, "Well, you can't believe everything you read." (I wanted to choke him!)
So,, I asked why are you eating that banana?,,,,, He said "It's healthy, Potassium, you know, all that good stuff." I then asked how do you know? "I heard it on TV, plus everyone knows these kinds of things."
I'm sorry, but people are just a bunch of cattle. They see the herd move then they follow.
I do not believe everything I read,,, but when I read something that is true, I read, study, and learn, thats the only way to grow. I've talked about ER to family and friends until I was blue in the face for over 3 years now.
But ER is going to prove itself over time, and these goofy people and their write ups are just bumps along the road to success. There is nothing wrong with questioning a new diet or idea, but to dismiss it without knowledge of it is very stupid and completely irresponsible.
Like Jesus said, "If they don't believe your message, shake the dust off your sandals and move on to the next village."
