re Canola oil being bad

I read the posts earlier about how bad Canola is... well JFYI I was reading the side of the Silk SoyMilk and they were talking about how derivitives of soy bean were used in paint for cars and other stuff!!! Now I'd not want to ingest paint but I think eating soya is fine :) (just as is Canola)...
