Hi Edna, (BTW, I don't know if you realize it but you could make a lotta money writing humor columns, or doing stand-up. You've got a uniquely hilarious way with words. Think about it!)

To my point about exercise--the outdoor thing doesn't attract me cuz I've gotta get in my car and DRIVE to a place to walk. I hate gyms. So I put on my fave upbeat CDs and boogie for at least 45 minutes. I choose what suits my mood--I like Salsa, Bahamian, Pointer Sisters (they rock) and my wellworn Paul Simon's Graceland. The slower tunes give me a chance to do slow moves or just walk in circles around my house and catch my breath. Fast tunes, I jog, punch, kick, and generally work out whatever issues come up in my body as I start to loosen up. It's been great for this O!
