The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 14

Slippery Elm and thanks Earl

As a follow-up to my July 14 request for information:

I just received a wonderful e-mail from the president of Thayers who makes the best Slippery Elm Lozenges in the world (my personal opinion). They do have two corn / wheat free Slippery Elm Lozenges - Two Trees & Cherry. Also.. vegetable stearate is made from plant leaves, no wheat / corn involved.

Also, Earl... thanks so much for the Westsoy suggestion. It is carrogeenan free and was the only one I found that was.
