In Response To: But high estrogen levels cause cancer.... (Pam (A-))

I just know if I was an A, it would be a staple in my diet. Did you read Eddi's
post? And Stephen (A) from Austrailia has had some very good posts on soy, you
might want to check the archives, some posts have been very recent on this, as
it has been a heated subject lately. I don't think there is anything wrong with
a natural progesterone creme to balance things out, I am 42 and doing that now.
I don't know the scientific terminology about the soy thing, but there is something protective about it for the body, especially A's, whether you have
cancer or not. I'm sure like anything else in life you need to balance out the
soy with other things/nutrients, and its probably not necessary to eat it every
single day, but for an A probably every other day at least. It has special
healing powers for A's, I'm sorry I can't explain it any better. I finally
understood it all after reading many of Stephen's posts, but have a hard time
explaining it back. If I were you I would definitely check out his posts in
the archives, he makes alot of sense.
