Pam,

Your concerns about soy products are understandable..but don't let them your cloud your vision of what's right for you. Trust your 'gut' instincts. Take a closer look at some recommendations from the ER4YT book:

1) It is critical that As get their foods in as natural a state as possible: natural, pure and organic. Pg. 97.

Read the entire page closely; provides hope for addressing the Type A 'risk factors'... Dr. D'Adamo states: "... they need not be your destiny."

2) Type As need a wide VARIETY of healthy, low-fat foods and balancing vegetables and grains. Pg. 98.

3) Portion of Soy Products (dependent on your ancestry) is 6-8 ounces, 4-7x per WEEK. Pg. 111.

4) Highly Beneficial is a food that acts like a Medicine. Pg. 36.

Please keep questioning and posting...you WILL find what is right for YOUR type.
