estrogen and soy

In Response To: Can soy raise estrogen levels? Is this always a good thing? (Pam (A-))

My nutrionist told me that soy DOES raise estrogen levels, and if you are pre-
menopausal only eat it 2 or 3 times a week. We were not talking blood type
though, so maybe you being an A it doesn't matter. Did you see Dr. D's post on
soy today??? If you are an A, I wouldn't worry to much about soy. And if you
are going through or through menopause now, wouldn't that be the time to hit
the soy hard???
