SJW relieves anxiety held in shoulders, neck and jaw

In Response To: Chronic Neck Problem? (Chris (O+))
St. John's Wort (taken at about one-third the dose used for depression) seems very effective for Type A's in relieving anxiety. It is not uncommon for anxious people to "hold" their anxiety in their shoulders, neck, and jaws. It certainly works for me. I stopped seeing the Chiropractor after I started taking one SJW first thing in the morning with my lemon water.
Apparently St. John's Wort is not recommended for Type O's.
Great essay on Experts vs. Truth
