Weston and dairy

In Response To: Much confusion over milk (Scott (O-))
Weston Price, a dentist by profession, is dead and his work is 50 years old or more. In his travels around the world, he found that people who lived on their native, unrefined foods, had good health as long as they were not exposed to the devitalized, floury, sugary foods of civilization. Some of these native groups included dairy foods in their traditional diets, so he determined that these foods were good for people. No doubt, even type O's would do better on a natual diet that included some unpasteurized dairy than if they were on a highly devitalized diet of refined flour, sugar, fried, canned, and artificially-chemically preserved food, pasteurized dairy and other "civilized" foods.
