In Response To: Much confusion over milk (Scott (O-))

Check out to see if they are reporting on Blood Types in their studies.

Type B, by far, and Type AB do well on some dairy products.

Type A's can occasionally have dairy. In my opinion, even neutral dairy should be avoided by A's who want to lose excess weight or if they have allergy/sinus/asthma type problems.

Type O's do not do well on dairy.

You can experiment on yourself--cut out all avoids for a few weeks--then slowly add a little dairy into your diet and see what happens! I'm sure this will help you more than any study "out there". Find your own truth from within.

Good luck and keep us posted if you do experiment on yourself.

Best wishes,

The International Foundation for Blood Type Living
