was capsule my own. I took 2 fennel and 2 turmeric caps together at lunch and at dinner. I was taking them as a mild detox for the digestive system, not for IBS. Large amounts of turmeric can reportedly cause a little nausea if taken by itself, but the fennel calms this. I didn't notice any stomach upset at all, but you might want to take it easy at first. I followed up a few hours later with a capsule of friendly bacteria to replace the bad ones going out. Yogurt would be ok if your blood type allows. I did this for 3 weeks. This is great for stimulating liver bile.

Eating foods that contain turmeric would be good too.
