In Response To: DR. D... Help with Irratable bowel syndrome???? (Dan)
Dan,
I know I'm not Dr. D. or any Dr. for that matter but I have IBS too and have gone through some of that worry about whether it could/would turn to colon cancer. Being able to let go of that fear has done more for me than anything else I can think of, and if it takes a colonoscopy to help you do that, then find a dr. who will do it. I don't think it's necessary (I've personally never had one and have chosen to believe the Drs. after much questioning)but if it will free your mind, then do it. Relaxation is key.
What is your bloodtype? Have you seen any results on ER? I have noticed a little improvement but it does come back for spells, and I can't figure out why. I'm starting to scrutinize ingredients more carefully and look for hidden corn or other avoids in the hope that it may help. I'm also trying to do a little food combining, but I have no results to speak of yet. Any other ideas out there?
I hope you get the answers you're looking for. Let us know how you're doing.
Katie
