Vitamin A skin cream for O's??
Posted By: AlexT Date: Friday, 5 May 2000, at 3:52 a.m.
I have a query that does not seem to be addressed on the ERFYT/www.dadamo web site. My question is this: I am type O+ blood type and vitamin A is on my Avoid list of supplements, does anyone know if can I safely use a prescription skin cream (a moisturiser called "Skinoren" in South Africa) with a very high vitamin A content in it? Could the vitamin get absorbed through my skin into my system and be harmful or is the risk minimal? (I'd like to use the cream to minimise fine lines).
