In Response To: Lowering Cortisol Levels..........(4 Me Anyway!!!!) (Eddi (A+))
When you climb again behind your computer, I hope soon, please understand that your remarks make me laugh!! Computering is nice and relaxing for me!!
Everybody is different!!
My way of getting my cortisol levels down is solitude. There are times I tell my children (when it is too much for me!!) to get out of my sight! And that
works. Today everybody is out, having fun, so am I behind my computer.
Later I will do my stretching.
Eddi, reading and writing on the board is good and learning, and sometimes good
