I am no health expert but do have a comment on tinnitus. In chinese medicine the kidneys are directly related to the ears, energetically speaking. So stuff that puts strain on the kidneys like drugs or whatever will weaken the kidneys and PERHAPS have an effect on the ears. The kidney energy pathway to the ears may be distorted or blocked which would cause a subtle ringing in the ears. Also, in ER4YT it mentions that as lectins aglutinate the blood cells, the kidneys may get blocked because it is meant to filter out minute particles NOT lumps of cells. It goes on to say that that this may be a major reason why most americans kidney's only work at a low rate and may be associated to aging. I think to follow the ER4YT diet would be the best and most practical step to take.
