milk thistle question for Heidi (and others)

Heidi,
I don't think I am a candidate for the "coffee" we discussed on E-mail. It was very interesting reading, however.
I am interested in milk thistle, dandelion tea,and slippery elm tea. In fac I am already using all three of them. I know the teas are HB's for O's, but what about the milk thistle. Will it help? Is it okay for type 0's?
I do have occasional pain in the area of my liver, but it is never severe, and it is only occasionally.
I have great respect for you and your oppinions, and or course I believe every single word in ER4YT!!!!
I definitely think that the diet will eventually heal this, too.
Thanks. I have been searching the master message board, but have not found a satisfactory answer to this question, yet.
I love this way of life!!!
Ruth 000
