In Response To: Type o and high cholesterol (Lea)

Starting on page 259 in ER4YT heart disease and cholesterol is discussed, perhaps not to your satisfaction. Authorities I have read are not particularly concerned with cholesterol unless it is very high (over 250-260) and triglycerides are also high. The ratio of low and very low lipoproteins to total cholesterol is also of concern if it is high, but a high total cholesterol number, in itself, has never been proven to be a cause of cardio-vascular disease.
