Beef has no lectins.

That's from Peter - the types he recommends no beef for are types with low stomach acid. The beef kinda sits in the system for a long time - not good for bowel indole levels.
Whether beef broth is OK for those types or not has not been directly addressed - looking forward to LR!!!
