The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 13
Posted By: deflep
First of all, my blood type is A. Second, I made two types of miso soup within a two week period. The first type was an avoid because it had rice vinegar in it. The second type was vegetable miso soup, which is listed in the Cook Right book. The common ingredients between the two types were: garlic, onion, and barley miso. All of these ingredients are ok for A's. I ate one bowl of the first type one week and one bowl of the second type the second week. I had a weird stomach reaction to both. After twelve hours of eating the first type, I got a grumbling sensation in my stomach and had loose stools. After twelve hours of eating the second type, I got the same grumbling sensation and got diarrhea. I have never had this reaction to tofu, garlic, or onion before. Could the fermentation of the soybeans to make miso be the problem? Could this be an allergy? or is this my body's way of getting rid of bad stuff in my stomach? Any ideas?
