Foods containing lycopene, other than tomatoes: grapefruit and watermelon.
Lycopene is fat soluable, so in order for it to be absorbed into the bloodstream, it must be consumed with a small amount of fat.
(A spoon full of organic peanut butter sounds good to me!) :)
