I am type A.As per the book I cannot eat ..eg...tomatoes.LYCOPENE is an extract from tomatoes and lycopene is good for people with prostate problems.Will the lectins still be found in the extract? Also I cannot eat red meat...but will the lectins be found in the SOUPS of any of the red meats?
