Thanks too for all for the useful discussion on the board. It keeps me on track. It's good to hear that Aussie M.D's are embracing ER4YT, Steven. My own doctor has all her family of A's eating for their type. I've also given out about 30 fridge lists I typed up. So if all those 30 ..... give to 30.... give to 30 ....!
