Wow, Stephen - how wonderful!!!!! We will keep on spreading the 'word' and eventually this will become a household word for everyone! When we ask people 'do you know your boood type?'. They will say, of course! And this is how we eat! Illness/sickness will be almost non-existent!
By the way - I sympathize with you on your age!!!!!! I know how 'old' 31 can be. I've been there!!! But Happy Birthday! anyway!!
